Need Drain Cleaning?
Drain and Sewer Cleaning
A slow running drain will normally lead to a clogged one, and when left unattended small problems quickly turn into big ones. Water can back up and come out through your toilet, while you’re doing laundry, or even through your shower. Don’t be a statistic (covered in sewer water) call Drain Stars. We can handle any commercial or residential drain cleaning or sewer repair.
A resin-saturated felt tube made of polyester, fiberglass cloth or a number of other materials suitable for resin impregnation, is inverted or pulled into a damaged pipe. Drain Stars gets materials from Perma Liner, which carries industry-leading drain and sewer repair equipment. Anything less than the high quality is not suitable for a lasting solution.
When a pipe needs replacement or when a compromised section needs to be repaired the area must be excavated. Sometimes that means digging a shallow trench, sometimes you need licensed and experienced operators working on an excavator.
Correctly identifying plumbing and drain problems can save you time and money, and ensure that you won’t have a bigger problem on your hands down the road.
Some clogs may be made of more gelatinous materials, such as grease and roots, and simply running a snake through it is a temporary fix at best. When the job is too tough to snake out water jetting may be required which shoots water out at 4,000 PSI to break up the blockage.
We aim to please
We bring out an inspector from the city in which you reside to come out to verify that the repairs were done in accordance with local and state plumbing codes. After passing the inspection we will fill in the access hole with dirt, and clean up so the property looks like it did before we came.
We bring experience
When Excavating is Necessary?
Excavation is when you need a drainpipe under your foundation fixed or replaced. This may sound like a scary process but Drain Star’s trained plumbers are here to help. When we come out to repair or replace the drain piping underneath your foundation, we make sure our customers are educated and informed every step of the way.
Once we test, locate and properly identify the leak, break or defect in your piping system, our licensed plumber will determine the best location to create an access hole 3 ft wide and 5 ft deep on the side, front, or rear of your foundation. Our highly skilled excavators will then dig a 3′ x 3′ tunnel that runs parallel to the slab so that we can start repairs on the pipe.
